Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Payment Policy At Magaen J Enterprises, we honor your time, our time, and the structure needed to provide high-quality coaching, consulting, and professional services. Please review the scheduling and payment policy prior to booking. Payment at the Time of Booking All appointments, sessions, and classes require full payment at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received. 24-Business-Hour Cancellation Requirement If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 business hours’ notice. When proper notice is provided, you may reschedule one time at no additional cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the full payment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows If you miss your appointment or cancel without sufficient notice: Your payment is non-refundable and forfeited. A new payment is required to book future sessions. Rebooking Policy If you cancel within the required timeframe, you may rebook based on availability. If your payment was forfeited due to late cancellation, a new payment will be required for any future appointments.
